First session 75 minutes

Assessment of your health and diet and lifestyle to help determine how I can support your wellness journey. 

Second session 60 minutes

A comprehensive wellness plan will be shared with you to help restore nutritional balance. Progress and feedback on initial steps, and next steps.

Follow up session 30 minutes

Meal Planning (Virtual )

One session 1 hour

Do you feel that thinking of what to eat stresses you out? Imagine going through the day without feeling tired. If you feel the need to make healthier food choices, then meal planning is the way to organized and healthier eating, to fuel and nourish your body.

Discovery Call (Virtual)

This is a free, complimentary 15 minute session. Let me get to know you and what you would like to achieve in your wellness journey. There is no commitment required if you choose not to go forward with nutrition counselling and/or meal planning.
